You Can't Be Having A Driving Dream When You Are In The Midst of A Nightmare

"You can't be having a driving dream when you are in the midst of a nightmare." - President Richard Nixon.

"In the past, politicians promised to create a better world. They had different ways of achieving this, but their power and authority came from the optimistic visions they offered their people. Those dreams failed and today people have lost faith in ideologies. Increasingly, politicians are seen simply as managers of public life, but now they have discovered a new role that restores their power and authority. Instead of delivering dreams, politicians now promise to protect us: from nightmares. They say that they will rescue us from dreadful dangers that we cannot see and do not understand. And the greatest danger of all is international terrorism, a powerful and sinister network with sleeper cells in countries across the world, a threat that needs to be fought by a War on Terror. But much of this threat is a fantasy, which has been exaggerated and distorted by politicians. It's a dark illusion that has spread unquestioned through governments around the world, the security services and the international media." - Adam Curtis. From his 2004 documentary, "The Power of Nightmares: The Rise of the Politics of Fear."

"Death is mighty.

Laugh as we may,

we are all his.

Mid-life, when we are sure of the day,

Death weeps boldly

right in our midst." - Rainer Maria Rilke, "End Piece," from The Book of Images.

Debt and death are the two main outcomes in the game of terror that was created by the shadow governments in Washington, London, and Israel.

Debt and death are the two main weapons that the transnational shadow elite uses to control the government and the people of the United States of America.

As Washington's Blog points out in his recent article, raising the debt of the United States is the main policy goal of the privately owned and traitorous Federal Reserve Bank. "Indeed," writes the author of Washington's Blog, "despite the harms that too much debt can cause, some in government have worried that paying off our debt would be harmful for our country."

A debt-free America means an independent and sovereign America. And the shadow banking elite who hijacked America in 1913 do not want that. They have taken America to war based on false intelligence and propaganda for a century, beginning in World War I.

At the start of the 21st century, when America was on the verge of paying off its debt, a new endless war on terrorism was invented by the shadow banking elite to put America in debt again. This was done by design.

The false flag September 11 attacks provided a carte blanche to the criminal elite to exploit the treasure, blood and spirit of America in a new world war against Radical Islam, itself a creature of the same criminal elite.

Osama Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda were created by the CIA and MI6 to build the myth of Radical Islam and justify a new endless war after the threat of Communism was deflated. But the rot goes much deeper. The Anglo-American shadow elite also put Khomeini in power in Tehran in 1979, for reasons that are obvious: the elite love to control both sides in wars.

L. Fletcher Prouty, the Chief of Special Operations for the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President John F. Kennedy, documented the shadow elite's rise to godhood status in the centers of power in America in his classic book, "The Secret Team: The CIA and Its Allies in Control of the United States and the World."

In chapter one, Prouty told the story of Winston Churchill speaking about a "high cabal" one night in World War II:

"Winston Churchill had left the Admiralty to become Prime Minister. Frequently he would come down to the Admiralty basement on his way from #10 Downing Street, to his underground, bomb-proof bedroom. He made it his practice to visit the Officer in Charge for up-to-date Intelligence and then stroll into the Duty Captain's room where there was a small bar from which he sometimes indulged in a night-cap, along with his ever present cigar.

On this particular night there had been a heavy raid on Rotterdam. He sat there, meditating, and then, as if to himself, he said, "Unrestricted submarine warfare, unrestricted air bombing - this is total war." He continued sitting there, gazing at a large map, and then said, "Time and the Ocean and some guiding star and High Cabal have made us what we are."

This was a most memorable scene and a revelation of reality that is infrequent, at best. If for the great Winston Churchill, there is a "High Cabal" that has made us what we are, our definition is complete. Who could know better than Churchill himself during the darkest days of World War II, that there exists, beyond doubt, an international High Cabal? This was true then. It is true today, especially in these times of the One World Order. This all-powerful group has remained superior because it had learned the value of anonymity. For them, the Secret Team and its professionals operate."

This "high cabal" dominates international affairs and global politics, and controls the fates of nations. Its power over humanity is unspeakable and undefinable. Some historians say the high cabal has ancient origins, reaching all the way back to the great mystery religions of Egypt. It is generally referred to as the "Illuminati" in the reality-based community, but I don't like using that term because it lends the high cabal a mysterious and invincible nature that it does not deserve.

There is nothing mysterious about who controls the private Federal Reserve System, the CIA, the Pentagon, and the U.S. National Security State. A handful of banking and aristocratic families, mainly European, control these anti-democratic entities. We all know their names so I won't repeat them here.

We also know what their aims are for the people of the world and the future of humanity, and they are not good. In two words, death and slavery.

The threat of international terrorism is one of the many collective myths that the criminal power elite has constructed to justify their mass murder of millions of human beings and the destruction of representative government in the West. In fact, mass murder is too mild. They are planning a global genocide.

An orchestrated world war between East and West, between Islamic Civilization and Western Civilization, is one of the most efficient means of sacrificing the masses of numerous nations and consolidating the structures of power on the planet into one global political and financial body with one unified will.

In chapter twenty-three of his book, Prouty included a profound and suppressed quote by President Richard Nixon that he made in a conversation with four reporters from ABC, NBC, CBS, and PBS on January 4, 1971.

"On January 4, 1971, Richard Nixon sat in the library of the White House with four reporters: John Chancellor of NBC, Eric Sevareid of CBS, Nancy Dickerson of PBS, and Howard K. Smith of ABC. It was Howard K. Smith who in a later interview best said what was on the minds of these reporters even at this interview: "Mr. President, I understand that this has been the winter of your discontent." That was the tone of this earlier meeting as they came to discuss his first two years in office. The 1970 midterm elections had "not quit been a defeat for his party; but they were no great mandate either. After a rather lengthy and cheerless interview and toward the end of the questions, Nancy Dickerson addressed the President: "Speaking of your campaigns, you made the kickoff address in New Hampshire in 1968... You made a speech how the next President had to give this country the lift of a driving dream... Well, as yet, many people have failed to perceive the lift of a driving dream. I wondered if you could articulate that dream for us briefly and tell us how you plan to specifically get it across to the people in the next two years."

The President is always a most polished television personality, and he is characteristically quick, precise, and alert with his answers. But now, toward the end of a trying session and with the weight of the full meaning of that query heavy on his mind, Nixon did a rather uncharacteristic thing. He hesitated, and he looked almost blankly around the room at the four people there with him, and away from the uncompromising eye of the camera. Then he lowered his head and slowly said: "Miss Dickerson, before we can really get a lift of a driving dream, we have to get rid of some of the nightmares we inherited. One of these nightmares is a war without end. We are ending that war... But it takes some time to get rid of the nightmares. You can't be having a driving dream when you are in the midst of a nightmare."

Five Presidents have been responsible for and have learned to live with the CIA. Five Presidents at one time or another, under varying conditions and events, have all suffered from this relationship. It can be said that Richard Nixon has come as close as any of them to putting into words the soul-rending, brutal reality of the impact of the power and of the burden that this covert force places upon the mantle of government, when he said, "You can't have a driving dream when you are in the midst of a nightmare." Like a terrible, haunting, terrorizing nightmare, the sinister machine pervades every aspect of the government today - and affects all of us, our way of life, and the welfare of the entire world."

Go here to read the complete transcript of the conversation between Nixon and the four reporters called, "A Conversation With the President," Interview With Four Representatives of the Television Networks." The exchange between Nancy Dickerson and Nixon is near the very bottom of the page. Here is another excerpt from Nixon's response to Dickerson's dream question:

"if we can get this country thinking not of how to fight a war, but how to win a peace--if we can get this country thinking of clean air, clean water, open spaces, of a welfare reform program that will provide a floor under the income of every family with children in America, a new form--a new approach to government, reform of education, reform of health--if those things begin to happen, people can think of these positive things, and then we will have the lift of a driving dream."

After reading these quotes I have a better understanding of why author and journalist Russ Baker said that the CIA and the Bush cabal brought down Richard Nixon in his book, "Family of Secrets: The Bush Dynasty, The Powerful Forces That Put it in the White House, and What Their Influence Means for America." In December 2008, Baker wrote:

"In short, in the Nixon era, Poppy Bush was the man who always seemed to be around, yet also managed to stay out of the main story. Digging way back, I came upon evidence that Nixon felt beholden to the Bush family and to the interests it represented. The reason: Bush Sr.'s father, Senator Prescott Bush, grandfather of George W. Bush, apparently helped launch Nixon's political career in 1946 as a way of destroying his first opponent, liberal congressman Jerry Voorhis, an outspoken critic of the excesses of bankers and financiers. Given the current Wall Street disasters, and the role of Prescott's grandson in enabling them, this revelation has obvious contemporary relevance.

Once I understood this special Nixon-Bush relationship, which is basically missing from all major Nixon biographies, I began to ask what exactly Poppy had been doing during the Watergate years. This led to the discovery that the Watergate break-in was almost certainly just one of a series of illegal acts that were engineered by people around Nixon, but not by Nixon himself. Far from defending Nixon's interests, these people had been privately frustrated with him on a variety of fronts and were now looking to take him down.

Simply put, once Nixon attained the presidency, he struggled for his independence, and began doing things that displeased his former sponsors."

Nixon asserted the will of the office of the President as Kennedy had done in the summer and fall of 1963. And he was subsequently punished by the shadow criminal elite because the protection of the national interest of America by an independent President is a direct attack on their power and private interests.

Prouty portrayed the criminal elite as secret priests of national security, even calling them a new religious order. He said:

"For all its fabrication and apparent unreality, especially in this open society, the ST machine does have a central soul or brain. . . or perhaps. . . holy spirit. It is the evidence of a form of new religion. It has its secrets. It has its divine and unquestioned rights and obligations. It has self-righteous power over life and death. It does not believe in anything. It does not value anything. It is utterly ruthless. Its greatest motivating force and drive is entirely undefined, because it moves by pressure. It reacts. It is therefore blind, meaningless, senseless. It will do anything in the name of anti-Communism.

.

.

As Kennedy saw, as Johnson may have seen, as Nixon's "nightmare" may suggest, there is but one way to control this massive ST structure. It must be uncovered. It must be made known. It must be exposed to the light. And then must be told No. To be effective, this means that Congress must cut its money off, not only at the central source, but at all the hidden nerve centers.

Before it is too late, we Americans must realize that this great cancer exists."

The cancer has grown since Prouty wrote the book. And it was the false flag 9/11 attacks that enabled it to grow to a new level.

Since 9/11 the cancer has also gone global. All nations are threatened by the secret priests of war and "security."

Former Governor Jesse Ventura's effort to take the TSA to court and bring its criminal policies into the national spotlight was struck down by the priests of security on Friday, November 4.

In an interview with Alex Jones after his court hearing, Ventura said that America has become the "Fascist States of America."

Ventura has read Prouty's book and he knows the cancer in Washington must be faced and destroyed in order to bring peace and freedom to America and the world.

Prouty said the CIA cancer must be eradicated to end the nightmare of endless war, writing:

"Thus this ST must be exposed, bared, and silenced. Then a new and better way of life must be created. We must end the philosophy of Defense. The alternative is not simply Offense, either. The real alternative is the requirement for a sensible strategic concept to meet American needs, not to counter imagined and suspected Communist threats. We must end the policy of "Re-action" in favor of planned action and positive diplomacy.

We must end the exploitation of secret intelligence by clandestine operations.

The first twenty-five years of the CIA have given solid evidence of how important the ideas of those legislators in 1947 were. The CIA should be, must be, the "quiet intelligence arm of the President". Not his nightmare. The CIA should be limited to the function of intelligence - and not a bit more."

In the real world, the CIA's budget would be lean, but it would still have a role. There are patriots who work for the U.S. National Security State who are brainwashed and deceived like everyone else.

Bringing down the criminal shadow banking elite and their parasitic Federal Reserve System that controls Washington doesn't mean going to war with the federal government of the United States.

The war that must be fought is an information war. It is a war for the hearts and minds of the American people, and of humanity.

The truth-tellers and freedom fighters will win this war because the force of truth is great. It is more powerful than any lie, no matter how big it is, how well told, and how long it is told to the people.

There is nothing to fear from the truth.

Conquer your fear of death, and the threat of "terrorism" will vanish.

Conquer your fear of the unknown, and the threat of paradigm-ending truths will vanish.

President John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. dared to tell the truth and dared to dream. That's why they were murdered by the priests of war and power.

But it wasn't just Kennedy and King who died.

America died.

And now it is time for America to rise from the grave of forgetfulness, and confront its inner demons.

The American people must dream new dreams. And they are not alone. All of humanity stands with them against the hijacked, treacherous, and oppressive American government.

America has the potential to lead the world in a new and exciting era in human history. But America cannot achieve this without first defeating the forces of evil in Washington who are anti-American, anti-freedom, and anti-humanity.
