Obama AF-PAK envoy and Henry Kissinger's evil apprentice Richard Holbrooke is dead. Before the tearful eulogies, Holbrooke was involved in heinous war crimes in Indochina, the former Yugoslavia, Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan. The big celebration will come when Kissinger croaks, which hopefully is not far behind Holbrooke's harvesting by the Grim Reaper.
